I went for a nail appointment that I had scheduled a good 3 weeks prior. First impressions of the place reminded me of an Great Clips. My appointment was supposed to be at 11, I even still had the texts from nail tech stating @11. She had me down wrong time. To say the least I relieved there was a mix up as I just wasn’t impressed with environment.

Studio 164 should be proud to have someone of her caliber who has the talent to look at her clients and create a cut that will make them look fabulous and feel great inside. And the final bonus? She teaches them how to style it so they can have that new look every day.

Rachel did my highlights a couple of months ago, and they still look great! She has a great technique for highlights, so they don’t look streaky, and they blend well! They also look good when they grow out, which is hard to do!

Rachel Hallock is an excellent hairstylist! She listens, cares, makes you feel pampered! I have been ill and had hair falling out in spot. She was knowledgeable on which products I should use and how to cut it! I never have to wait. She has fitted me in last minute in a jam too! Plus, she cuts my parents’ hair, my husband, my 2 college-aged kids’ hair, and soon my son’s girlfriends ‘ hair! That says alot!
