I would give 10 stars if I could. Jenna is fabulous and did an amazing job on my daughters. My oldest decided she wanted blonde highlights and Jenna suggested balayage so it looked more natural. It came out absolutely gorgeous and she couldn’t be happier. I love how it will look so natural when it grows out compared to highlights. The girls love Jenna and she always gives the best haircuts. Uh-may-zing!!! I’ve never been here before today; I’m actually from up North and am here visiting family. I couldn’t get anyone upstate to do it since I left early this morning and yesterday was Sunday. I called at 1:30pm and she told me to come right in for 2:00pm. I walked in and was instantly greeted with a friendly hello and a ‘come on in.’ She was so friendly and sweet; she tried her best to make small talk because I’m a very shy person with social anxiety, but she managed to get me out of my shell and ask me about my life, my husband, my fur babies, etc. and shared hers as well. Time seemed to fly by and she was very gentle while doing my hair. She had a pretty rough canvas to work with since one side had just grown in from previously being shaved. She did absolutely AMAZING. I usually have low self-esteem but I actually feel attractive, and the other woman at the desk while I was paying kept telling me how great I looked and how beautiful it was. It made my day. She seemed genuine and they both acted so excited. It was by far the best experience I have ever had in a salon. Thank you so much! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
