Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueIt’s a no go for me. After waiting 2 years to get my hair done i decided to give this salon a go after seeing it has so many good reviews. I called for an appointment, and they booked me with Katy. Of course they gave me the newest tech there, but she’d be doing hair for 6 years so I hoped she’d be up to date on all over color and trim. When it started as bad with the color, it was all over my face, ears, forehead, side burns and she didn’t try to clean it up until she was washing the color out so it stained my skin. then all I wanted was a trim, and next thing you know a good 3 inches is taken off and the front framing is blocky and not blended at all. I finally had to tell her to stop cutting as I just kept watching more and more cut off the front of as she tried to have it match the back. I met my stylist here and she did my hair beautifully, but she left. I came back to redo everything at the salon – bleach/tone/extension uninstall and reinstall and this is what I left with. My tip was refunded, but the tip (from a $600 service) is not worth the time I spent at this salon (6 hours) and experience. It’s safe to say I have returned to the now independent stylist who did my hair AMAZINGLY in the first place, but I’m not returning here as the person who did this was a recommendation from the owner.
