Her name is Pam and she lightly Tattooed my eyebrows with hairlike strokes and fill them in perfectly just the way I wanted her to. I got a keratin treatment with Reina today and was absolutely in love with my results. It was my first time and she walked me through the entire process, she told me she has been doing hair for almost her whole life and it truly gave me a lot of confidence to want to do it in the first place. Iv been going to this salon for 5 years old owner sudah was the best.. now they have a new owner and she is really unprofessional I call yo book for nail services and when I get to my appointment the staff also new staff very rude ..so I spoke to Pam which is new owner she booked my appointment when I get there she told me I never booked an appointment with her . She took a $20 deposit for my appointment which I never got back because she never booked my Appointment but did take my money never will I go to this salon

While my nail service was good and I really like the girl, I can NOT say the same for the “hairdresser”… I honestly don’t think she is even licensed and my haircut is horrific…No wash or even wetting it in a sink, just sprayed with a water bottle… didn’t raise the chair to an appropriate level for cutting my hair… she just crouched down…I paid $35 for a chop job… after I got home and my hair was more dry, I got sick to my stomach over how my hair looked… I took pictures and anyone who I showed just gasped at how bad it was… I think my 6 year old grandbaby could have done better… I wanted the back rounded and my layers touched up… I went back the next day to show the owner and get a refund and she contradicted herself and was hesitant on refunding my money… If I can figure out how to post pictures I will… if I can’t, I highly recommend you to be cautious if you are thinking of going there, and if you value your hair at all… My boyfriend says she’s cut his hair before at a different location and even screwed up his hair… and the previous place she worked at said she was NOT licensed… I did finally get a refund and she said they could fix it, UMMM YEAH, NO! Thanks But NO Thanks…
