I got my lashes done by Natasha at Studio129 and was not happy with them at all. I showed Natasha what I’ve had before and that I wanted the most natural look. When she finished, it was the farthest from natural. My lashes were extraordinary long and had too many “wings” on one lash. She then preceded to pull some off because it was too much and wasn’t what I asked for. After pulling some off, I still wasn’t happy with them. She then told me to sleep on it and if I didn’t like them still she would come in and fix them the next day. By the time I was going to sleep, lashes on my right eye had already fallen out and only had about 4 lashes left. The next day I texted her around 12pm and asked her to fix them before I leave for my trip the next day (which she knew about and the whole reason I was getting them done). We texted back and forth for a bit, then she stopped responding around 3:30pm and didn’t respond back until 6:30pm. When she did respond, she said she wouldn’t be able to come and redo them because it was too late in the day and if I had messaged her earlier it would’ve been different. Even though when I got them done the day before she never mentioned of having any restrictions and she was the one who offered to come in. So I went on my trip with one eye almost completely naked and the other one started to come out as well. I messaged her during my trip and asked her for a refund because of the lack of communication, poorly applied lashes, and that they weren’t done how I wanted them. She refused my refund and the only way I was going to get my moneys worth was to come in again for a new set. At this point, I didn’t want my lashes done by her again and I asked if she could reconsider the refund. I even told her to keep the tip I gave her and if she could refund me the original price of the lashes that would be fine. I’ve messaged her multiple times for us to work something out and she has not responded to me once. Poor service and poor communication. Very disappointing.

I can not explain how frustrated I am with my experience at this salon!!!! I scheduled an appointment to come here, but the outcome was a waste of my money. I got my hair and makeup done here and they were both awful!!!!! I also asked to get my bangs trimmed/ make new ones and my hair looks so bad. In fact, it was so bad that I am going to have to have another stylist fix it. I do not recommend coming or scheduling an appointment here it will be a waste of time and money! My makeup and hair were done for homecoming but my makeup was so bad that I had to go home and fix the mess that they had made! I will never use this salon again and I recommend that you don’t either!!!!!!!!! (0 /10)
