I really enjoy going to this salon for services. My stylist Sarah (co-owner) is first and foremost concerned with health safety protocols while making her clients feel comfortable. She always has her clients best interest when suggesting color, cut and style. Sarah is very accommodating when it comes to scheduling. Very professional.

Connie is amazing! I had a bad experience with another salon my hair was severely damaged, and I thought beyond repair. I walked into this Salon today and was greeted by Connie she took me in right away and has begun repairing my hair, when I left I felt amazing and was able to smile again 🙂 my color is again normal and my hair is manageable thank you again Connie!!!

DO NOT go here unless you want your hair to be burnt off by the cheap chemicals they use for your hair. You make a complaint instead of rectifying the situation or being apologetic, the pregnant hairstylist and the front desk lady who’s overweight will tell you to GET OUT of their salon for their lack of talent and experience with hair. YES…they told me to stop complaining and get out of the salon that I almost had to call the police on them because the two women were being very hostile with me. I’ve never experienced such horrific service. This salon is no different than a low-end salon but make matters worse the two women that work here are ill-mannered and have not a clue to deal with their clients if things do go wrong. The overweight lady and PREGNANT stylist both yelled at me all in front of their clients which was even more appalling. Some of their clients had to calm the pregnant women down because of her raging hormones it appeared that she wanted to literally hit me. I will make sure I let all my networks know of this horrible salon. I’m sure the clients that witnessed all this will too. A business with this VIOLENT and horrific of a customer service with bad results will surely close down in a matter of time. I’m OK if they attitude came out differently but this salon has no business ethics very poor integrity. I wanted to support the local business but never do I want to recommend this place to anyone. There are very violent, HOSTILE women working here. It’s like walking into a dysfunctional home…not a professional place of business. I asked for the owners name and they wouldn’t give it and said they will take care of it. It must be a family business…..UNBELIEVABLE.

The previous negative review has been written by a crazy lunatic who has some kind of evil vendetta against this establishment. She has never been in the salon, except to try and cause trouble. (Yes, there are crazies out there.) I have been a client of Studio 129 for over a decade, and there are numerous others who have similarly long relationships. The salon is a staple in Glendora, run and owned by a woman who is beautiful, both inside and out, and who treats you like you’re a part of her family. Studio 129 is clean, aesthetically pleasing and efficient. The stylists are friendly, talented, caring, careful, professional and extremely customer-oriented. I look forward to my monthly appointments because it’s such a pleasant experience (and I walk out looking great!) It’s unfortunate Google doesn’t have safeguards in place to protect business owners from being randomly bashed by maniacal crackpots. And by the way, Victoria K, there is no “front desk”: Proof of your blatant and poorly written lying.
