Amazing place. Stopped in while on vacation and it was a great experience. My husband and I only had massages and pedicures done but those two services alone were fantastic. Staff was friendly and did a wonderful job. Atmosphere is so bliss and relaxing. You definitely need to come here for your salon and spa needs! We will definitely be back when we are in town again.

Went in for an acrylics set on July 8th. Was only visiting in town, loved the set super cute. Got home a few days later and these nails didn’t last even a week. Granted the fact that I like them, I originally only asked for a partial refund because I can not go get them redone… I live almost 700 miles away.

The online booking and payment process was incredibly easy and convenient. I had a massage with Lorion, and she did a fantastic job! I was taken back in a timely manner, and she was very gentle when massaging since I have severe pain. She’s also a joy to talk to and is very personable. I felt comfortable and taken care of, and I will definitely be going back for more massages. Added bonuses: the person that checked me in was very friendly, and the pumpkin judging they do is a fun and unique idea for the month of October. Thank you, Lorion! Thank you, Studio 127!

I booked a rebase and spa pedicure with this business and had the worst experience. I initially chose this place based off reviews and was highly disappointed. My re-base literally peeled off two days later, because my nails were not filed down or prepped I still had the old acrylic on. When it came to my pedicure I was not able to soak my feet and she did not file or clip my nails all she did was apply scrub and lotion and painted my nails horribly. When I asked for a refund after paying $114 I was only offered a $44 store credit. I also called to speak to a manager and was told that there was no manager available several times. This place will never have my business.

I unfortunately did not have a good experience here. I went here before for the first time and got my haircut with Taylor and it went very well so I went back and got Alyssa and my experience was very poor. She did not have good customer service, she was very silent the entire time which made me very uncomfortable as a person with anxiety. I wanted simple layers and she took all my hair off and also fried it really bad with heat. I’ve never had a bad haircut until this time. I can’t even style my hair. Please do your research and pick your stylist wisely.

I received a haircut here over 6 months ago and I wasn’t going to write a negative review but people need warned about the hairstylist whom cut my hair. she wasn’t professional, was talking to co workers about other clients. I advised stylist I only wanted a one length haircut… no layers. I came in with hair past shoulders and left with a choppy layered, stacked super short in back haircut that to this day is still too short to wear in pony. She also cut sides 2 different lengths! Haircut took 10 minutes max, charged over 50 plus tip before realizing how jacked my hair looked. no styling, no washing and clearly untrained. as for the salon… it was extremely dirty, hair everywhere. when I sat down there was hair from ladt client! I know State Boards would love to shut this salon down just on sanitary
