I don’t normally do this but it’s been months and I’m still ticked off. I was referred here to have the owner Kathy cut my hair. I took in a picture of a cut and color I wanted. I’m a new mom so I wanted something low maintenance and she twisted my arm into highlights and lowlights. Fine, I’ve had them before right. She wasn’t even gentle combing through my hair nor did she apologize or even acknowledge when she pulled and ripped it. I left with a cut that was nothing like the picture and i was informed by my next cosmetologist that the layers Kathy put in weren’t even finished. I had bright bold brassy highlights framing my face so that when I pulled my hair back, which Kathy knew was how I wear it at work, I looked like a skunk. And forget even seeing the lowlights I paid for. To ice the cake, when I called the next day to let her know that the highlights were too bright for my taste and see if she could put some toner on to tone them down she told me sure she would but she was booked and couldn’t get me in for almost a month!! Bad business! I would have been better off going to Borics.
