It was bad I sat in the chair for 8hrs and have time stamps to prove it the girl didn’t color block me I asked for my money back and they won’t give it back so sad I’ll be heading out to Indiana to studio one were they only keep you in the chair for at most 2 hrs and don’t tell you that you have taken up their time and when they color hair they atleast do it right the first time they before and after pictures and not I was not happy I went back exactly 10 days later and all my red washed but some how it’s my fault I spent almost 300 dollars there I should take them to court and get my money back lesson learned always read reviews first

I hate leaving bad reviews! But this just isn’t sitting right with me! My hair service was EXCELLENT! Jessica was amazing! However, have you ever heard the saying one bad apple will ruin it for everyone?! Well this lady who is a stylist at the salon was very rude and LOUD!! I wish I knew her name but there is no need to even list her name because when you go in she’s the loudest person there very opinionated probably telling people about how she tortured her neighbor with her husband named Jimmy. She had conversations that shouldn’t have been had in the salon. She talked about racism and how why should she stop doing certain things because 1% of the population (African American people) are offended! She made comments about three black young men being killed a few days prior and started off by saying “do you guys think it was “gang related”?! She also made two comments to the stylist about how long it was taking her to do my hair and “she knows she’s tired of it” later she then came back about an hour later and made another comment about how long it was taking. I was supposed to go back to get my hair fixed today (4 days later) but after being uncomfortable due to this one stylist I will not be going back! From what I hear she’s made several of these comments to African American women who come in. If she wasn’t there the environment would have been so relaxing. But after paying over 200 dollars I refuse to sit in an environment where I feel unwelcome!

I got the stylist Bailey, I asked for black and purple hair. The first time she dyed it, it didn’t even appear purple, the second time she dyed it, it came out magenta. Nothing like I wanted. Never again am I coming here. Hairstyling

Service was GREAT! I wanted curtain bangs and Jessica listened well and gave me a great cut and a few suggestions on adding layers and blending my hair better. I got a wash, cut, and style all for under $30! Everyone was friendly and poured their effort into giving the customer a product they will love.
