Critical: ProfessionalismWas so excited to have a same day appointment…I have platinum hair and needed my roots bleached and a toner to even out all the white. Kelly was most awesome to talk with but had apparently not been trained or very familiar with bleaching, I had bleach on my roots (two applications of bleach) for a total of 1 hour and 40 minutes! I was surprised I still have hair though my scalp this morning has burn scabs and my hair is three different colors now… roots are yellow,front is purple and the ends are a perfect shade of platinum. She apologized for the job and didn’t charge me but the whole thing is if you can’t do a process don’t tell me you can!!Was so excited to have a same day appointment…I have platinum hair and needed my roots bleached and a toner to even out all the white. Had my hair and my nails done young lady that cut my hair was very good listen to me very closely and the young lady that did my nails she even asked me questions on the details of how I wanted them. That was unusual compared to other places that I have been. She gave me a little tube of oil to use on my cuticles for later. I loved it!

My fiancé went here to have her hair colored, and instead they ruined her hair just two months before our wedding. Her hair probably won’t recover before our wedding day. This is totally unacceptable and a disgrace as a professional business to make my fiancé s hair a total disaster for the biggest day of her life! No one should go here, unless they want their hair totally ruined also! If I could give this place zero stars or negative stars, I would!
