Tim did my (5yrs old ) son’s haircut, it was his first one after a very long time since he was very little. Tim is wonderful with kids and did a tremendous job making my son feel at ease with the curls and thick hair my son had. Only and highly recommended!

I brought my son in to see Hailey. He hadn’t been to a barber since before covid. He has also had a bad experience in the past and also has sensory difficulties with the sound and vibration of the clippers. Hailey was phenomenal with him! She was patient and kind. She cleared the rest of her day for him so that he could get comfortable with her before cutting his hair. She genuinely cared more about him than getting another client that day. She chatted with him, showed him all her tools of the trade, and let him get used to the environment before trying to cut his hair. She was talented enough to cut his hair while he was standing up and occasionally squirming. She talked to him and kept him comfortable the whole time. After an hour and half, my son left with a great haircut and a positive experience at a barber shop. The other barbers were also so kind to him. I would absolutely recommend Hailey and Studio 11 for a haircut and an amazing experience!

My son has been getting his hair cut here for awhile now. Jonathan had always cut his hair but he moved to the Oneonta location so we needed to choose a new barber. Hailey had received some great reviews, especially for her work with kids, so I scheduled an appointment with her. She was awesome! Right from the start, she introduced herself to my son and established a rapport before she ever touched his hair. They chatted throughout his cut, which is not the norm for my son. She made sure he was happy with how his hair turned out and took the time to explain what it was going to look like if she made the changes he was asking for. Overall it was an extremely positive experience! I highly recommend Hailey if you are looking for a great haircut. My son was extremely happy and commented that he hopes she can cut his hair every time!

This was my first experience using Studio 11 for my boys. It was nothing short of wonderful! Nick was amazing with my 12 and 10 year olds getting to know them as well as making sure he knew exactly how they wanted their hair done. He was professional, courteous, and timely. Hailey was absolutely amazing! We had an appointment early this morning so safe to say my son was tired and not feeling it. But she was very personable and helped him get thru the appointment! We brought our 4 year old son for his first time getting a hair cut by a barber, and we were so happy to have Hailey. He has always struggled with getting his hair cut, and Hailey made it really easy for him. She followed his lead in not wearing a cape, and needing to take breaks. She showed him each tool and let him touch them so he knew what they were. She even had sensory toys he could hold and a phone clip so he could watch a cartoon! Haircut was excellent and affordable. Shop was well-lit, clean, and stocked with plenty of parking right outside. 10/10, will definitely be booking future cuts!

The atmosphere there is amazing.The staff is friendly and very accommodating.my barber Jessica is my go to barber. Being in the military she knows the cuts.Do not take my endorsement at face value, go in get a cut and see how you feel.
