This salon is top notch! Very friendly and they take their time assuring their customer is happy. Rose is very knowledgeable with color. I’ve been depressed and had neglected myself. Rose too the time to evaluate my gray and the color she chose is perfect. Chris was my stylist and was patient and did a fantastic job in my hair! I’m very pleased and I will be returning! A great place for a clip. The walls are covered in funky art and the design is modern. The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They helped me fix an incredibly bad haircut I got from another location. My stylist did a great job at interpreting what I wanted and what my hair could do. My only dislike was when I called to make appointment I was quoted one price but after my cut I was charged another and when asked the stylist she said that’s what she charges. Thankfully I did have a $10 off coupon. I have a hard time paying over $15-18 for a man’s cut, so anything over $20 is a bit much. But this time was worth it due her fixing my last cut.

Rose is so personable and friendly! Most importantly, she knows how to cut hair. You’re not getting a cookie cutter cut from her. She’s gonna feel your hair, see how it lays, decide what you need, and this is all before the wash. If you want a cheap haircut, go to Supercuts. If you want a GOOD haircut, tailored to you, go see Rose.

Rose is phenomenal! I’m new to Morgantown and decided on Studio 101 after browsing local salon’s reviews and prices. Studio 101 did not disappoint. The salon is a spacious, clean and inviting atmosphere. The owner, Rose, is a skilled, friendly, charismatic stylist and made my appointment delightful. Rose listened to my hair wants and needs and met them to a T. Post the appointment my hair feels healthy and luscious. I also had her do my eyebrows and was completely pleased with her work.
