Studio 101 Hair Salon

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityThis was a horrible experience I was there 5 hours . I had to tell her to also trim my hair . My back and kneck hurt so bad and I was mortified . When I googled the best hair salon in Dalton Ga. this came up never use Google she charged me 175.00 and took 5 hours of my life and made my body hurt terribly . The job she did was so bad when I got to my hotel room I washed and washed my hair she kept me in the highlight and lowlight wrap the whole time until the fourth hour when she finally rinsed it.I asked her is my hot got to be white and burned she said no she has a toner . Critical: Quality, ValueOver expensive the staff does not care and disagree with anything you say as well as they do not listen nor do they care about how you feel or what you want I will never go back hands down the worst place I have been to to get a hair cut for my self or anybody else. A complete waste of money and time. I’d rather cut and dye my hair my self than to go back and waste my time gas and money on them.
