Had a beyond horrible experience with Erika, I came in with dark brown dyed hair and wanted some highlights (The goal was to get lighter for summer). Well, before and during our appointment I told her over and over again that I really wanted to avoid as much damage as possible (I even told her that if she didn’t think it was a good idea I wouldn’t do it). After my appointment I was looking at my hair in the car mirror and noticed some breakage around the crown of my head, after I got home I looked at it some more and realized THE ENTIRE CROWN OF MY HAIR had been COMPLETELY fried off. I texted pictures to erika asking what I should do (thinking she would offer a conditioning service or something) and she told me to put conditioner on it. I had to go spend hundreds of dollars to try and repair the damage she caused (3 months later and it looks like I have a bowl cut on the crown of my head). I told erika I was completely unsatisfied with the service & wanted a refund. She told me that she sent the refund, yet I never received it. I filed a chargeback with my bank since they saw no pending charges from her. I highly highly recommend NOT going to erika.
