I came in after getting a haircut at a different salon that was pretty awful and I was not happy about at all. During consultation I was able to dialog with Elle on what I was looking for with my haircut. She understood my perspective and offered 3 different solutions, all of which she was able to explain the pros and cons. After choosing the best one, in my opinion, we discussed a way forward for future cuts. I appreciated her honesty and feedback, I’m happy with the results and will be coming back.
