I had a perm done there, it was totally straight 2 days later. I had not shampooed for 2 days. I immediately called to tell them and went in so they could see it, schedule to get it done again in a few weeks. When I called there was absolutely no real concern that this happened, I have had many perms through the years have never had this happen. I totally understand this can happen sometimes which is why I just wanted to have her redo. I went in the second time and when I got home realized I had been charged fully again for it. My daughter had her nails done while I was there and I thought that was all I was paying for. I called immediately and nobody returned my call until the next day, then the owner told me she wouldn’t refund it fully. It still does not look good at all. I paid 1 and 1/2 times for a perm that still don’t look good. The incredible lack of concern from both the owner and hairdresser that did it is what really has me disgusted.

I’ve been going here since I was 8 and they’ve done everything exactly how I asked whether it be for dances or my hideous bangs phase or even just a trim. They’re staff is dedicated and very polite. Great work! Oh and the look of the place is so chic and modern.
