She was thorough and explained everything as she went, which gave me a much clearer understanding of my skin- something other estheticians have not done well. Her room was calming and she was incredibly kind and professional. You can see she has a passion for her job and really cares about her clients getting the best. Jess is my stylist and she does a wonderful job interpreting what I want, and making it work for my hair and style. She is very intuitive, and is a pleasure to work with. I absolutely love Structures Salon! Allyn does the best eyebrow waxing, tweezing and tinting. My eyebrows have never looked better! She is so sweet and does a great job explaining her method and listening to my requests. I’m so grateful I found her! If the hair, nail and other services are half as good as Allyn, then don’t bother going to any other salon in Frederick. This is the spot!!

I went in for a grey root cover up and a trim. I wanted something to match my current medium brown hair color so my roots didn’t grow back in so harsh. My hair is jet black and she burned my scalp from leaving the hair dye on too long. Super upset and will definitely not be returning. I’ve been to a few different stylists at this salon and this was by far the worst treatment. She also went on to suggest that my scalp was only burning because of “ my sensitive skin”.

Second time getting a facial and both times it was amazing. Bekah did a really good job at making my face light up and even did my eyebrows! As a guy I don’t usually get facials so coming here is a really nice experience that I would recommend to anyone. Definitely will be coming back!
