Nova is the best! She’s caring, a great conversationalist, friend, and body worker. She’s been doing body work on my son since he was 6 weeks old due to oral tie restrictions and tension. She loves babies and you can see it in her eyes as she’s working on them. I’ve been going to her for my neck, shoulders, back, and TMJ. Myokinetic therapy is not fun in the moment, but I can immediately feel the relief and benefits after the appointment is over. Go to someone else though so I can get an appointment with Nova whenever I want. 😉 But in all seriousness, Structura is amazing in what they do, and I’m never going anywhere else if my body hurts and needs help! You won’t regret coming here. The receptionists are also great and super friendly. 10/10

Positive: Professionalism, QualityThe structural massage was much needed after my surgery, and they took very good care of me. The only reason I gave them 4/5 stars is that they are very difficult to get in to, and also there was some miscommunication about the billing. However, after being distraught, the receptionist had the owner call me and smoothed things out and reassured that they would address the problems that I had experienced. The structural massage was much needed after my surgery, and they took very good care of me. The only reason I gave them 4/5 stars is that they are very difficult to get in to, and also there was some miscommunication about the billing. However, after being distraught, the receptionist had the owner call me and smoothed things out and reassured that they would address the problems that I had experienced. Everything else was perfect.

Structura is amazing! I was having lower back issues for about a year and a half, during which i’d have times where my back would lock up and keep me from work and most physical movement for a week or so at a time. I tried both a chiropractor and physical therapist when my back particularly seized up, but neither were able to provide a holistic and lasting change in the injury. Structura sessions provided the most immediate effect in loosening those muscles that had tightened up to give me much needed relief and mobility. I started the 10 session program when my immediate pain had subsided a bit and that is when i began to see major results that allowed me confidence to exercise in a way i hadn’t been able to since before my back issues started. My therapist was very well trained and knowledgable, and she continually pushed me in the right direction to safely test my body’s limits and abilities. Big fan of Structura!

In the week leading up to a half marathon, I was having a lot of trouble with my IT band. After running the Morgan Valley half, I received a free 10 minute massage from a darling girl who has some pretty flower tattoos on her right bicep. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name. Anyway, my IT band feels better after running a half marathon than it did before! I live in Cache Valley but will consider driving down to receive further massages! I am a fan of Structura!

I love Structura Body Therapies! If there was a bumper sticker, I’d put it on my car. If there was a t-shirt, I’d wear it. In all seriousness, I was diagnosed with some serious issues in 2013 and if it weren’t for Nancy and Jason Prince and their amazing staff of therapists I would not be able to sit straight in a chair, or be able to do the cardio workouts that I’m now able to perform. I am so pleased with my results and the level of professional care they deliver. It is very impressive how much they know and care about making the body balanced and pain free.

I love Structura. My wife hurt her shoulder working out and was hesitant to go b/c she didn’t think that they would be able to do anything about a hurt muscle/ligament. They we so amazing. They immediately started working an area in her back, about a foot away from where the pain was, and she absolutely felt relief in her shoulder. She was fully convinced and is in love with this place.
