Edison “Frente” the owner is the only person I absolutely trust with my hair. Strong Island Barber Shop is a family friendly barber shop that I would personally recommend to any one. They do any type of haircut and extremely professional. Strong Island Barber Shop is the only place I go period.

I have been a customer at this barbershop for over 2 yrs the last owner in there didn’t like as much the up keep of the barber shop since edison took the shop has been very well kept the staff is friendly and they are all talented as far as cutting hair i would never go to any other barbershop the best part about this barbershop is usually if your barber goes on vacation lets say you can always rely on a barber in there to give you a nice cut and not have to worry about going to a unexperienced barber the owner edition is a very known owner within the community and contributes to local sports teams. i have got to know all barbers in the shop and have recommended all friends and family and they have all been happy and another incentive with this shop is they give a free hot towel shave and knowing me being from the city no other barbershop offers this incentive free of charge and best off all the hot towel shave is relaxing and as well less sensitive to a shave thanks to all staff at strong island barbershop for making me feel welcomed in your barbershop!

Got bad service the moment I came in with my son they didnt not acknowledge us as they were on thier cell phone and eating then one said to the other do you want to cut him the other barber said no in spanish.When finally seated my sons barber was so busy looking at world cup so my sons haircut took forever, and my haircut was terrible I mean the fake barber pushed my hairline back by like 2 inches and noticed unfinished spots when I got home ….disaster
