Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went in, with the intent of receiving wax services, yes plural, but the young gal at the front counter couldn’t process the question of how much will this cost. We went over what services i was looking for, after being asked. She nodded like she understood and when prompted with the question of how much it would cost, she’d go into it depends on the services. The gal was rude in her attitude and After 7 times of going through this, honestly I was so baffled that there would be someone so incompetent at the front, solely representing this business, but indeed, there she was, unable or unwilling to answer the basic question as to how much will it cost. I won’t be back, and after seeing the other reviews, it sounds like she is a wonderful representation of the business, flaky, and either unable or unwilling to do anything at all. I went in, with the intent of receiving wax services, yes plural, but the young gal at the front counter couldn’t process the question of how much will this cost. We went over what services i was looking for, after being asked. She nodded like she understood and when prompted with the question of how much it would cost, she’d go into it depends on the services. The owner is “never” wrong is her attitude, which is unfortunate when you are a struggling business owner. I was 2 minutes late for my appointment and she greeted me with passive aggressiveness from the moment I arrived. I asked her if I should just leave since she was treating me so poorly and she said yes, which I was happy to do. Who needs this treatment when you are going to get pretty and pampered?! No one was in the store, they weren’t busy. They have zero tolerance for other peoples busy lives and they’ll tell you it’s about respecting their professional schedules and that maybe we should go to a more flexible salon. Obviously no one ever intends to be late. It would be great if they could show some grace. All of us are busy! She’s always on time, professional, out going and welcoming. I feel leaving fresh and my best self every time. 5 stars isn’t enough. If you need your eyebrows done go to Mikayla.
