I went into the Stretch Zone sight unseen and really with no great expectations. I’m happy to report that my entire experience was excellent. If I sign up for the package I would request to book exclusively with Aaron Krzywdniski. He was polite, knowledgeable, friendly and truly believed in the work that he’s doing. I was also impressed with how gentle he was with me; due to the long-term issues I have been having with my hips I’m very skeptical about allowing someone to touch them. Surprisingly, I felt I could trust Aaron throughout the entire process and he did an amazing job making me feel at ease.

I went here and really liked it and signed up that night. I was waiting for information from my doctor about a major injury I have. Turns out I needed an MRI and may possibly need surgery. The manager told me I could not have a refund. Then they asked me to send my personal medical information to them as proof, then they still only offered a partial refund. I repeatedly told her I signed up on a wednesday and called to cancel the next day. It wasn’t until I mentioned the Michigan law about contracts and cancelling within three days. I felt like she was trying to take advantage of me even though I told her several times I was within the 3 day window. I’m sure it’s a great place to get a stretch but the way I was treated when I honestly could not use my package of visits was not a good experience. No empathy or understanding at all. Disappointing and not a good way to do business.

Called today to use credits I had. They were purchased in 2021. They told me I no longer have them. Said they cancel 6 months after purchase. So I no longer have what I paid for. These details may be hidden in a contract but no one every told me about this when I signed up. Be Careful and Ask Questions before doing a “contract” with them!
