And when the appointments are over, my daughter gets into the car and tells me how much better she feels and how Tracy always knows just what to work on. We could not be happier!

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI had insane lower back pain after moving (lifting heavy boxes, bending, etc.) plus momming a toddler, to the point where I couldn’t sleep because lying down was so uncomfortable. I tried baths with epsom salts, ibuprofen, even sleeping on the floor, but the pain was persistent. I finally decided to search out a massage therapist in my new neighborhood and found Stretch. Honestly, I was leery of the limited reviews; the only reason I selected them over Hand and Stone and Reames Integrative Wellness was because they had same-day availability… but it must’ve been fate; I am SO glad to have landed on the doorstep of Stretch Health!They’re a new practice (although Tracy has lots of experience!) so that explains the limited reviews and availability. Tracy was literally amazing. Prior to my hot stone massage, she was thorough in understanding my pain points and needs. She checked in throughout the massage to ensure heat and pressure were okay. Afterwards, she took a look at my posture and pointed out some issues likely causing tension on my problem side and recommended hydrating and a post-massage major epsom soak. Besides all that, it was the best message I’ve had in my entire life: thorough-yet-efficient, soothing, relaxing, and most importantly, effective! I have to admit I was quite sore the following day but the day after that, my pain was gone. Completely. And it hasn’t returned.
