I don’t have to worry about trimming or shaving as often, which is great when you have a busy schedule. The staff is always so inviting and nice, and they really take their time to get to know you. I get laser hair removal for my neck to keep my beard in shape and I LOVE my results. I don’t have to worry about trimming or shaving as often, which is great when you have a busy schedule. The staff is always so inviting and nice, and they really take their time to get to know you. I love that the providers are all nurses and experienced laser esthetician’s who really know their job. I refer everyone to Strella and will continue to do so!

Jodi is so helpful and professional. Shes’ve been doing amazing job. My skin had an acnes and blemishes, but after Jodi took care of my skin, my skin improved noticeably. The aesthetic is clean, relaxing and very pleasant. I’ve been receiving laser treatment from Jodi for more than a year. Jodi is so helpful and professional. Shes’ve been doing amazing job. My skin had an acnes and blemishes, but after Jodi took care of my skin, my skin improved noticeably. She always takes care of my skin in detail and meticulously. My skin condition is improved a lot, got much rejuvenated, much lighter blemishes. I would highly recommend Jodi to anyone.

Critical: ProfessionalismFor you own sake, don’t put your trust in this place like I did. I went in for the MiraDry treatment. I was told by the nurse manager that I would have “at least an 80% chance of effectiveness after just the first treatment”. I had 0% effectiveness. There was absolutely no change in the amount of underarm sweating for me. We even proved this by going back a month later to do the Iodine-Starch test which shows exactly how much and where you’re sweating. She confirmed that there was in fact no reduced underarm sweat. Also, during my treatment, the pain was UNBEARABLE. The nurses were supposed to numb you correctly so that you wouldn’t feel any pain, but they numbed me wrong and I had to tell them multiple times to stop. They had to constantly re-numb me over and over, and that still did not help. It was the most severe pain I’ve ever felt and even Jodi the nurse saw the pain I was in. After realizing I was lied to about the effectiveness and put in so much pain, I demanded a refund of services from the lack of knowledge and professionalism. After multiple emails, they kept trying to get offer me one round of Botox or a second MiraDry treatment. First off, Botox is something you have to constantly keep up with, so that was a no, and that’s not why I went there in the first place. And second off, I would NEVER get a second treatment of MiraDry done there because of the pain they put me through and lack of trust. They also told me “your sweat glands are too deep, so that is why it didn’t work”. So… why would you try and scam me into a second treatment knowing that my sweat glands are too deep anyway?? It’s completely unreal to know that I had to go through this. As I said, I emailed the managers (Christine Margo) and the owners and they did not care one single bit about me as a client. They continued to say they will not offer and refund. Strella made me feel insignificant and a joke. The lack of professionalism and sincere care for a clients happiness and effectiveness was unreal. And to think I placed all my trust in this place. Please, consider a different place to go for your services because you truly will never be significant to them, and all they care about is the money they can unprofessionally rob from you. If I can prevent just one person from being lied to and trusting this place, then I feel I’ve done my part for the sake of others. Read the other negative reviews. She listened to my concerns and quickly rescheduled another appointment for me. My second experience was wonderful and I’m very happy with the treatment I received. Marie even called to follow up after my appointment to assure that everything went well, which I very much appreciated. Marie, the assistant manager, was very receptive and helpful in response to concerns about Botox that I had received. She listened to my concerns and quickly rescheduled another appointment for me. My second experience was wonderful and I’m very happy with the treatment I received. Technician that was performing MiraDry procedure said I was number four MiraDry client at their place. Also, technician, that was performing the procedure didn’t numb me completely. When the manager sold me the package she said they were going to do series of treatments that over time would help.. Laser and other treatments.When I finally made the appt. The therapist that I was assigned to said that I didn’t need those treatments that chemical peel and laser should do the trick.. Well 3mos later 4 laser treatments and 3 chemical peels. There was absolutely no difference to my face.. I even have an email sent by the therapist noting that these treatments are not working.. When I asked for the credit that was left in my account they refused to give me back my unspent $$! This place is a complete scam!! They sell you things just to get your $$..
