My appointment was at 9am for a cut/color. Her 2pm appointment showed and she still wasn’t finished with me. So she had me move to the side and wait while she started another cut and color. She never got back to me. The owner ended up cutting my hair and finishing my appointment. I didn’t leave until almost 4:30!
