I’m amazed with the flexibility of the stuff: I went last minute and the sweetest nail designer made my after burning man festival to the pretty and neat toes. Great service and various services salon. Big pilot palette, great location, affordable price. Basic pedicure 28$ / 20min! She even fixed two fingers nails for free. Will definitely come again when in San Jose!

This is my second visit. I wasn’t impressed the first time bc it was busy, loud and understaffed. I thought I’d give them s second chance during the week. But nope. I also had an appt for my second visit. Nearly every chair was full when we arrived. My daughter and I waited nearly half an hour for our mani/pedi to begin. At one point the owner stepped in to get me started but was very distracted and left me to tend to other things several times. Bottom line, the work is acceptable but the wait and the vibe are not. Not relaxing. Not on time for appointments. Understaffed. Do not recommended.

This place sucks. The lady couldn’t get the shape of my nails right… they are all crooked and misshapen and the rhinestones didn’t last but 2 hours…definitely not worth 60 bucks!! Will never go again!!!!!

Love Love Love this salon. First time there. It’s a hidden gem for sure. My nail clinician, Anne (who I was fortunate to find at their sister salon in in WG one day) is so AMAZINGLY wonderful at her craft. The salon is a 100% across the board. And all the ladies are so very friendly.

I had the worst experience at this salon and I’m not someone to complain or hurt business by posting bad reviews. There’s a weird under current of disgust towards customers who come into this place. Makes me wonder if there is some kind of exploitation of the workers going on.
