That is where I meet Riley, she started massaging my knee once a week for an hour and along with giving me tips on self massage while at home and work. Reilly at strategic massage is fantastic. I have several chronic conditions and injuries. Including carpal tunnel in both hands, both of which need surgery, and a back injury that also needs surgery. I have been trying everything possible to avoid having any more surgeries. I was very skeptical that massage would help at all but I wanted to check it off the list before I went ahead with surgery. I’m very glad that I did. My hands haven’t felt this good in years and my back is slowly becoming bearable again. This is not normal feel good massage. This is targeted medical massage for specific injuries and medical conditions. If you’re dealing with chronic injuries and pain I highly recommend giving her a try prior to having surgery.
