Critical: ProfessionalismI have been a customer of this business for about 2 years and have been very satisfied with my stylist (K). I was so happy to hear the business was opening after being closed due to Covid-19 and had a scheduled appointment today. I had concerns with safety protocol, but I was assured prior to coming that safety measures/guidelines were in place to ensure a safe environment & a pleasant experience. Sadly, I witnessed two incidents that concerned me during my appointment, and when I voiced my concerns I was not treated with respect by Kristina the owner and another stylist named Michelle. I felt verbally attacked by Michelle and Kristina, who also made me feel dismissive after sharing my concerns about the guidelines not being followed. I was belittled & disrespected in front of the whole salon and felt my concerns were not addressed appropriately. I am deeply saddened by the way the employees & owner treat their customers (Kristina the owner made no attempt to apologize or make me feel like a valued customer). I feel the owner owes me an apology for how she treated me and the lack of professionalism that was shown to me by her other employees, not my stylist who by the way was the only one who apologized. I have been a customer of this business for about 2 years and have been very satisfied with my stylist (K). I was so happy to hear the business was opening after being closed due to Covid-19 and had a scheduled appointment today. Michelle always is very professional, clean and very friendly. Michelle and the owners are very kind and treat everyone with respect and are handling COVID-19 well. They are doing everything they can to make EVERY client feel safe and doing their part to clean as soon as you leave your area. Michelle does amazing color! I would recommend them over and over again!
