Critical: ProfessionalismI made a appointment with Lana for a Friday. Showed up 10 min early to my appt. Walked in to the salon not a single person was in the salon except 2 workers. One was getting her hair done by the other. They didn’t have me on the schedule. They called Lana told her they were booked and couldn’t do my hair cut. Again not a single person was in the salon and they were doing each other’s hair. Very unprofessional to screw up someone’s appt.I made a appointment with Lana for a Friday. Very friendly and helpful staff. I went in just for a trim, and received an extremely thorough and precise cut. My mom also had her hair cut. Missy shaped it up beautifully! We will be going back.
