Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have had a lot of bad experiences with hair stylists in the past trying to do something fun with my hair and it got fried and I had to cut it to my ears, so obviously I’m nervous letting anyone touch my hair now. Carolyn took such good care of me, my hair was dead but she managed to lighten it enough and do the most beautiful color on it without having to cut even enough to tell a difference in the length, which is insane cause I thought I was gonna have to go pretty short especially after lightening my hair. I have had a lot of bad experiences with hair stylists in the past trying to do something fun with my hair and it got fried and I had to cut it to my ears, so obviously I’m nervous letting anyone touch my hair now. Carolyn took such good care of me, my hair was dead but she managed to lighten it enough and do the most beautiful color on it without having to cut even enough to tell a difference in the length, which is insane cause I thought I was gonna have to go pretty short especially after lightening my hair. I have VERY dark hair. Anywhere I go I am told that harsh chemicals are needed to lighten and just generally dye my hair. Autumn uses organic products and got my hair the lightest it has ever been! She is one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. She knows how to make her you feel comfortable in her salon! 10/10 would recommend!

I have natural red hair and wanted to spice it up a little. She gave me a beautiful golden blonde ombré and i’ve never felt to confident. Autumn was a blessing to work with. She is truly a sweet heart and is AMAZING at what she does. I have natural red hair and wanted to spice it up a little.
