Positive: Quality, ValueI found Crystal by calling at least 10 salons to try and get my daughter in for a simple updo for prom. It was a Monday and prom was the following Saturday. I was either told no, or got voicemail and left messages, but no one else returned my calls. Crystal did though! She graciously worked us in and even stayed after closing time to do my girl’s hair. I’m so glad… she gave my daughter a beautiful loose bun, with braids all in it. She did a great job! Her hair stayed in place and on point all night. I decided to use Crystal for a haircut. I have long, thick hair. Most of the time I go somewhere for a cut, I leave unsatisfied. Not this time!!! Crystal listened to exactly what I wanted and made sure to not cut off my length, while giving me a great, precise, and clean looking cut. As a side bonus, she’s super easy to talk to and I enjoyed visiting with her both times.
