This was my first visit. The salon is clean and really nice. The receptionist, so friendly. I am a hairstylist and although I love my former co-workers’ talent at a PA salon, I could not do the commute, so I decided to sit with Dawn for a haircut. I didn’t have to say much. I’ve been going to this salon for a few months now, and as long as I live in the area, it will be the only salon I ever visit. I get my hair done by Dawn, who is such an amazing stylist that never fails to impress. The last few times I’ve gone, I’ve done a wild purple and blue, and it always comes out beautiful and lasts for weeks longer than any other color job I’ve had anywhere else. Every member of staff is exceptionally friendly, and are sure to accommodate whatever needs you have. The prices are fair, and I’ve always left feeling beautiful.

I have been getting my hair done by Liz and have been more than happy with the cut and color that I request every time! One of the few people that understand and can cut Asian hair. The service, friendliness of the stylists and comfortable surroundings make this salon a great place to go! Love it! ❤️

Amazing Salon! Let me first say that I have naturally curly hair and have always had a terrible time trying to find anyone who can cut it correctly because it truly does have a mind of its own. I have had my hair cut by Michelle (the owner) a few times and she did a great job and really listened to me . I recently wanted a big change (at least for me) and wanted to go blonde. I had Mai, who not only did a great job, but really took the time to find out exactly what I wanted and was very realistic as to the process it was going to take to get it there so that I wouldn’t be disappointed. I went back for the second appointment (to get me closer to my goal) and she was just as amazing. I absolutely love my hair and I cant remember the last time I was able to say that. Previously I had gone to a high end salon who did just an “OK” job and charged me an arm and a leg. It was so refreshing to go somewhere that the prices were fair and I left there actually loving my hair. Oh and the girl who washes your hair is so sweet and pleasant! There is nothing worse than going to an establishment and having employees seem miserable like they don’t want to be there. Great experience all around!

My granddaughter had her hair done with varied shades of blue. It’s hard to please a teen, but Mai did an amazing job. She loves her hair, as do I. The entire staff were very accommodating, and I was a difficult Grandmom not understanding the length of the process. I highly recommend Strands to all moms, and grand-moms who are dealing with teenagers. Great job Strands!
