I love my hairstlist Allison but I called on the phone to book my appointment to get bangs for me and my daughter and though we did not have our hair washed or neck massage etc that usually comes with the Aveda haircut and I told the customer service person we just wanted our bangs cut, we were charged the full price for a haircut and I have yet to have anyone call me back to correct this. I was accused by front desk that I placed an order for haircuts(which I didn’t, I called in to specifically explain I just needed bangs) and that any cutting of hair is a “haircut” so even if it is barely any hair and you dont get the full Aveda service/experience, you still have to pay just as much. Guess I know not to trust customer service in the future to assist me because I will end up paying $100 for cutting some bangs.

Dominic was my massage therapist and he gives the most amazing massage! He is really in tune with your body and knows exactly where my knots are and is able to work them out. He also gives you a choice of essential oils which adds a lot to this relaxing massage. The massage studio is on the 2nd floor of the massage so it is in a relaxing and quiet space. Highly recommend!!
