Positive: QualityFirst time with Dita and Strand Theory Salon. Dita is compassionate and lovely, very easy to have a conversation with about anything. I showed her a picture of a color blend I had from years ago and BOOM, that was what I received. As far as cut/style, I usually let the hairdresser do their thing and what a wonderful outcome! Dita is truly an artist! I received compliments right away with both the color and style.I am very picky and have been shopping around for years for the perfect person. In years past, I would come out of the salon not feeling much about what the hairdresser accomplished with my hair. I am extremely excited to find that Dita will be my go to for my hair. Derrick is amazing! He is quick and efficient and I always leave the Salon with a fresh look to my highlites! Don’t be fool he is a man with magic hands that can do all types of hair both Caucasian and African American, long, short, curly or straight!

First and last time going to this salon. I had a appointment set for 10:30 am. I drove a hour and 24 mins out just because I had liked this stylists work. I arrived early while he arrived 10 mins late. There was 1 other person waiting for him as well and then another showed up while he started working on both of our heads. Then another had shown up way later into the appointment . He had only asked me what I wanted my hair to look like and that was about it. He didn’t bother keeping or having a conversation with me, he was very quiet and didn’t talk to me about the steps he was doing to my hair. I have chemicals burns on both sides of my head from the relaxer being in too long, he put a shade of color in my hair w/o asking me what shade I wanted. I didn’t leave until 3:30pm. Also , he told me 1 price 5-6 days prior and then charged me a totally different price all together . I don’t recommend this salon based on my experience . And , I will not be returning.

LOVED, LOVED, LOVED THIS SALON ❤ I’ve been looking around for a while for a place that would style my hair how I’ve wanted for a long time and Derrick finally gave me what I wanted. I highly recommend this place, they’re awesome there!
