I am new to the area and of course, this means finding all new services including upkeep. After searching and reviewing several places I walked into Straight Razor. I met Jay and asked him if he could do a hard part to which he answered, yes. I thought to myself, we’ll see. Well, after great conversation with this extremely talented young man I walked out a very satisfied customer. I explained to Jay that I have never received a better cut and that he would be doing every other barber I have ever been to a favor by teaching them.

Customer service is KEY, especially when you’re running a small business. Something Straightrazors Barbershop lacks. you as a business made a mistake by not “cutting you bookings off on time” we booked on Monday. Not only did they not correct their mistake, they wanted to charge me 100 dollars for cut . Cindy and her crew are wonderful: fun and friendly, yet professional and talented. I was almost turned away because of my longer hair, but because I had a reference picture of a men’s cut, they were willing to give me a shot! My cut also didn’t turn out at all like the photo I brought, but it grew on me quickly, and now I love it. All told, the prices are fair and the quality of work is excellent; if I don’t end up growing my hair out again, I’ll be back soon~

My fiancé goes there and he gets Jay. Jay is great! The environment is so chill and the others are so sweet. Every time we go in there we have a great time. I recommend this place because we have never left unhappy or disappointed. Plus, it is hard to find someone who knows how to do hair.
