I’ll definitely be seeking care else where as soon as I can. The receptionist I delt with this morning has to be the rudest and ugliest acting individual I’ve met at these facilities. Which is a shame bc I love the doctors and nurses who work here. But this experience has ruined it for me today.

Scheduled appointment for 2:20 pm, arrived half hour early as directed to fill out new patient paperwork. After filling out paperwork proceded to wait. At 2:50 a half hour after my scheduled appointment time I went to check to see when I was going to be seen and was informed they were running behind but I was next to be called. Proceeded to wait another half hour during which other patients who arrived after my scheduled appointment time were called back to be seen. At this time I went up to the desk to inquire about why I hadn’t been called back yet and why I had been told I was next yet other patients who arrived nearly an hour after me were being seen. I was informed that “We only have two doctors and four rooms”. At this time I canceled my appointment and left. I get that sometimes you have to wait at a doctor’s appointment but this was absolutely ridiculous that multiple people who arrived well after my scheduled appointment time were seen before me. I will not be returning / rescheduling an appointment with this office and I highly recommend you look at this offices google rating and other reviews before you schedule anything with them.

Wish I could give a review of the doctor, but unfortunately, due to horrific time management and lack of consideration for patients, I left after over an hour wait. The MR was curt and rude about the delays, which were not my (the patients) fault. It is obvious this practice has taken on more patients than they can handle, but continue to over-schedule. If the providers don’t care about the patients, than what’s the point of taking new clients?

I’ve been going for years now and SRD has the best providers, nurses, receptionists, and billing staff. They’ve helped with me multiple times when trying to work with insurance/manufacturer programs to get a specialty drug, which gets extremely difficult. They always go above and beyond to help out!

Without a doubt the slowest Dr. Office in Murfreesboro and they don’t care. Even the people that work there will tell you Dr or what ever she is Choate is all ways way behind. I now go to Pinnacle Dermatology and Dr. Carrie Elam is great.

The fastest doctor visit ever and I wasn’t rushed. They were just so efficient and friendly that I was in and out of there in no time. I have never been to a dermatologist before and there were a few people in the waiting room before me but I arrived near my appointment time and was out of their quickly. I also liked that they allowed you to fill out your application online so I didn’t have to waste time filling it out in the waiting room. I was even happier when I received their small bill that my insurance covered 100%. If I ever decide to see a dermatologist again I will be sure to go to them.

Very unprofessional office. Had a lipolma removed (well some removed because they didn’t get it all). From unnecessary steriod shots every six weeks to not being able to get anyone to return my phone calls for 3 weeks (I left 6 vm). I finally made a appointment with Dr.Nelson just to be able to figure out what to do. After 4 months, I have to be cut back open… I wish they would of done this 3 weeks after they initially did the procedure when I went in concerned. Instead they tossed me around their office not being able to get a straight answer from them.

I had an appointment yesterday 1/24. When I got to the office the staff very friendly and helpful. Had to wait about 10-15 minutes to be called back. About 10 minutes with the nurse and in popped the PA- Gillian Choate she made the visit very pleasant, very professional, we discussed the issues she made reccomendation. Actually took time time provide print outs and samples. This was a total change from the last 2 dermatologist that I’ve visited. I will return as needed and highly recommend this facility and staff! Thanks Gillian
