The space was quiet and relaxing and Rick is a very calm presence, so I was able to totally unwind. He was thoughtful enough to go over any allergies or skin sensitivities I might have to the oils he uses before the massage. He was communicative about what level of pressure felt best for me as he moved to different areas, which I appreciated. I mentioned that I was doing a lot of driving and he was able to release the tension that I didn’t realize I was holding in my forearms. I have a very stiff neck and the neck/head portion of the massage was one of the best I ever experienced. Overall, I am very happy with my experience! The communication and care expressed throughout really put this massage over the top.
