Critical: QualityI was so upset with you nails. They are horrible. I thought we would at least have. A conversation about what I wanted before starting I think he was just assuming he would just paint my nail one color but I wanted a French tip. Told him I wanted a French and he seemed so upset about it well he did it and it’s the worse thing ever they are uneven all going in different ways. The shape is bad. i asked for him to remove more of the white and he didn’t. Added more. I asked him to take off some if the hair that was stuck on my nail and he didn’t either. It was just so bad and terrible I would think that if you were doing this for years you would want to do a good job and make sure that your customers are happy. But it was like he didn’t care looked at them and saw my dissatisfaction and still charged full price for the terrible job he knew he did. If you can’t do an almond shape and French it’s best to say something before sending someone out the door looking a mess and upset.
