Brendia was the sweetest!! When I was initially booking my appointment I had SO many questions and she answered every single one and walked me through the process step by step. The day of my appointment I was so excited and she once again taught me step by step how to wash my extensions, brush them, take care of them, etc. she constantly asked if I was okay or if I was uncomfortable because extensions are definitely not for tender headed people!
