All spa services include a number of additional benefits including a welcome glass of bubbly, robe and slippers, access to the relaxation lounge, steam room, sauna and co-ed meditation pool. Stillwater Spa also has a full hair and nail salon for hair cuts, color, special occasion up-do’s, manicures and pedicures and essentials including waxing.

Prices are high, but the treatment, the extras in the spa area, & the customer service are all worth it!Came in on a Sunday a while ago before getting married, when I thought it would be quieter, but it was quite busy with 1 person at front desk. Even so, she made me feel welcome and gave me individual attention. She explained the waiver form I had to sign, and also explained which amenities I had access to since I was not certain. The spa has a steam room and a sauna to enjoy before or after massage and an indoor pool. To access the pools outside we had to be a guest or have a resort pass…again took her time to explain very nicely. Upstairs they made me feel like I was a VIP guest with individual attention as well. The massage itself was spectacular, relaxing, and exactly what I needed.We even had lunch near the pools, since we didn’t have a resort pass, at the suggestion of the spa receptionist!A++++!!!Highly recommend this spa! My wife and I love checking out new day spas so we were excited to try this one out. Was a nice experience but the prices definitely exceed the experience. For a couples 80 min massage, CBD lotion addon, and a 20% tip it was $700. They have decent amenities but not enough to justify that price point. 5 star hotel spas with unrivaled amenities don’t even have that high of a price point typically.

This is a very nice spa that I’d recommend. It gets four stars instead of five because the massage person barely touched my feet, when I specifically said that was the area I wanted the most work on. So I am not sure how much they think about special client requests. But apart from that it was good.

I went in for a hair and makeup bridal trial. It ran me 95 for the hair and 65 for the makeup. To say I felt robbed is an understatement. I walked out looking like I had been in a wind tunnel. She didn’t even provide a finished updo. It was frizzy and messy. Just because I wasn’t going to wear it anywhere doesn’t mean I didn’t want to see the completed end product. She did a curled pulled to the back style and then a swept up to the side one. Also they don’t have any bridal accessories to show you what it would look like with say a clip or a comb. Not one single studded pin. I assumed she would finish the last one and make it look like a finished product but she started pulling out pins. Then she left me looking like I had just gotten out of bed for the rest of the day. Even the pictures I sent to my mom had us both wondering why she didn’t smooth anything out and apply product . The temporary looks looked amateurish and messy.

The front desk staff at this spa is the worst I’ve ever encountered. The way that I was treated was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. These individuals should not be in the customer service industry and to treat a hotel guest that way is simply unacceptable. After speaking with the manager she did apologize for her employees behavior, but did not offer any remedy to being so mistreated. I would look else where if you are interested in a relaxing and soothing experience, because you won’t find it here.

Best service I’ve ever received, I enjoyed the mom-to-be massage and pedicure. I felt pampered and well cared for from the moment I walked in through the lovely cookie and apples handed to me as I walked out. Pricing is high, but they make every moment worth it.
