Worst experience ever. Booked for gel extension and a gel pedicure. Only to be told that they booked me for a mani/pedi. THAT can be a mistake. What’s not a mistake is the extremely unprofessional and rudeness shown by the employee. First I was told they couldn’t do any designs on my nails even though I know I at least booked for gel and design, and was also told that they wouldn’t even cut them down how I wanted. My cuticles were poorly removed. For my pedicure, they didn’t file my nails or give me a base or top coat. When I got up to pay, everyone saw me go up and stand for someone, but no one came to check me out. It wasn’t until an employee came to leave and asked where the receptionist was, that the other employees said she was in lunch. The employee leaving then hurriedly checked me out after I waited for several minutes. Gel literally started peeling the second day. Would not recommend this spa if you want quality nails.

First thing when you walk in, you notice there are no toxic fumes, only the sweet aroma of wonderful herbs and cleanliness. Super comfy chairs, awesome bath bombs for your handpicked herbal foot bath and delightful homemade sugar scrubs for your legs and feet, followed by a relaxing massage and pedicure. #heaven

Loved everything about my experience here. My hands and feet were worked on at the same time for speedy service. No chemical smells, everything is super clean here, the bathroom is very nice, you get to pick out your aromatherapy and they even serve you complimentary hot tea!! Highly recommend this place to anyone!

I have been here three times and each time my nails have been done perfectly. They are meticulous! If I see an issue they correct it without attitude. Their space is also very clean. I’ve tried several salons but none compare to this one. This is the only salon I’ll trust to do my nails. The ladies are nice and patient as well.

This is the only place I will get my mani/pedi. The staff is so nice and personable, it’s by appointment only so there is no waiting once you get there. I go with my daughter and the sisters (Jessica & Laura) does our nails, we always laugh and have a good time. I also like it here because you don’t have to deal with the chemical spells, everything is all natural.

My wife and I recently visited the Wellness Nail Spa and I must say it was an awesome experience. The relaxed atmosphere made us feel right at home. The staff was very welcoming and the customer service was outstanding. Hannah really cares about her customers’ well being, hence the name, Wellness Nail Spa! One thing we noticed as soon as we walked in was that there was no toxic smells! Definitely a thumbs up and a one of a kind experience here in Augusta.

This is the best nail salon in Augusta, hands down. Everyone is so nice and professional and their work is truly perfect. It doesn’t smell of chemicals, which was a huge plus for me. Their aroma pedicure was so soothing, and their eyebrow waxing was perfect. It was also nice that they offer bottles of water or tea and honey to everyone (get the tea, it’s delicious!) This is definitely my new go to nail salon for sure!
