She always tries to accommodate my needs and will go the extra mile to help me in a difficult situation. Her skill and professionalism are beyond reproach. Iliana cares very much about satisfying her customers desires. I have had many nail techs over the years, but none of them ever came close to the standards and kindness that Iliana maintains. I look forward to my appointments. She is so delightful that is a treat to see her and have my nails done. You will not find a better nail tech in Naples. She is the whole package.
