I made an appointment online and it was confirmed same day. I showed up 10 minutes early and the studio door was open. I walked in and no one was there so I walked back out and stood in the hallway thinking she had to be near since the door was unlocked. I waited until 15 minutes past my appointment time and no one came. Do not recommend. Attached are pictures that show my appointment was confirmed and Leah’s horrific customer service.

Leah is a very good waxer, when she shows up for appointments. Unfortunately, she stood me up for an appointment that was confirmed day of with no apology or reason. I waited for 25 minutes in the salon after having my appointment moved four times over the course of two days and she never showed up. Very frustrated and disappointed.

Recently moved back to Flagstaff and was looking for a new waxing place – read the very mixed reviews – some raving and some negative (mostly about the booking and cancelling). I thought I would take a chance – called and message said to text – texted twice with no reply to confirm my appointment. Finally received a text reminder about my appointment only to receive another 2 hours later cancelling the appointment. Super disappointed and there are not a lot of options – should have followed my gut and gone elsewhere.

Best place to get waxed! Super easy to make appointments on the website, and she has a broad schedule so it is easy to find a time that matches your schedule. Brazilian waxes are very awkward and uncomfortable in the first place, Leah is super quick and professional.

Leah stood me up twice! The first time she answered her phone to inform me that her scheduling system was dysfunctional and asked if we could reschedule. When I showed up the second time the building was locked and after numerous attempts calling and texting with no response I finally had to leave. I stood outside the building for 20 minutes. She is a waste of precious time and effort. Horrible customer service. DO NOT GO HERE!

This place is so needed in Flagstaff. It’s local but with a definite urban feel – and even better, Kat (my stylist) is amazing. I’ve lived all over the place and I’ve never had better cut and color than I did here. A tad pricey – but you get what you pay for (especially in Flagstaff) and it was worth every penny and more. They also have a great wax bar – of which I’ve only done my eyebrows – but that was great too. Needless to say, I left looking much better than when I walked in and you can’t ask for more. 🙂 Thanks Kat!!

I haven’t had a brazilian in years and was beyond scared to get it done. The service was soooo quick! I think I worked with the owner, not sure. She was friendly and comforting and took me in with only a few hours notice. I’m going on my honeymoon and felt like I could trust her. Even as a first time, I’d recommend this place

I really don’t like this salon. Twice I’ve booked appointments here after confirming online and nobody shows up! My girlfriend has had similar problems with getting appointments as well so, needless to say, we’ll be taking out business someplace else. I suggest you do the same.
