While my initial experiences with this place were positive it didn’t remain that way. I had a routine with my lash girl every two to three weeks where I would come in for my apt. I had to cancel an apt two days before hand due to an unexpected circumstance to which she replied that it was “totally fine” and that we could arrange another day. After texting her asking what would work for her and her schedule —she never replied. I texted her a couple more times asking is she had any Apts available the next week and still nothing. It was super unprofessional and passive aggressive not to mention immature. I’m still very confused, it was so unprofessional. I don’t understand how people work in a professional setting and lack communication skills. It also didn’t make any sense since I had been meeting with her for a while. Later on, on several occasions I also asked to change the shape and shorten my lashes to better compliment my eyes to which she continually didn’t do in the way I hoped for. More passive aggressiveness instead of communicating with words and not following through with what I wanted and what I was paying for. While I understand that one person’s actions don’t reflect the whole salon, my personal experience ended open ended and terribly. I had heard of something like this happening before here so I guess I shouldn’t have been surprised it happened to me. passive aggressiveness, not communicating or following through with appointments and clients are not things you should expect from a place you put your money into.

Critical: Punctuality, QualityMy first issue is that the lady who was cutting my hair was 30 minutes late. I have never had a hair stylist be late, it was very unprofessional. She was still with her client that was there before me. There were several ladies walking around and no one said anything to me during this time, which I brushed off, until the lady after me was also waiting for about half an hour because my hair tech was backed up. I saw 2 of the women who were walking around stop to ask her why she had been waiting so long and then one of them passive aggressively kept passing the room I was in to put pressure on my hair stylist to finish up. My hair cut was fine when I left the salon yesterday so I wasn’t going to complain. Then today, I straightened my hair and I see all the mistakes that styling had hidden. I asked for a blunt bob that was longer than my chin and some texture. What I got was a bob that is most definitely chin length and the texture looks terrible. With a short haircut you would think she would have blended the bottom, but she did not. You can see how jagged her cuts were and my underneath layers are longer than the top ones, it looks terrible. So now I have to go get my hair cut even shorter, when it was already cut too short, to fix the botched layers. I understand hair will grow back, but the whole experience was very upsetting and then to hate the haircut on top ensured I would not return here.
