I called ahead but was technically a walk-in. I was greeted as soon as a walked in and everyone was helpful and nice. I wanted a matte finish with a little nail art. Julie was amazing!! She listened to me, told me what she was doing, and even told me some stories about her family. I wanted to stay longer! She offered me several types of non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks but I declined this time. I won’t the next time! The salon was clean and had a professional atmosphere. I picture on the left is from Pinterest; the picture on the right is my manicure.

First time at any type of spa and they are amazing! You get a free drink while you get your feet done and the staff is super friendly and the foot message rock things is to die for!!! I am going to take the hubby so he can get the heavenly treatment like i got!

Went in with my sister and I got horrible customer service. The lady who did my pedicure, had no communication and I walked out with nails that were to short. Usually they ask how short I want them but this time there was literally no communication besides pricing. Each time we asked a question we’d get laughed at. My sister got over charged and was told the price from the beginning. The ladies did not want to help at all, so my sister had to talk to one of the other workers. They gave her a certificate for the misunderstanding but no actual refund, which is no use, because we will both not be going here again. . It was embarrassing for me because I go to this place often for any of my nails. I invited her thinking it would’ve been a good experience. With so many other nail shops in town I recommended any other for a good comfortable time or make an appointment with a nail tech who you know will make your visit a good one.
