I usually do not respond to these venues. However Steve’s Barbara shop was a great place to get to get a haircut. Being new to the area you never know what to expect. Steve did a great job cutting my long hair and also trimmed the beard. “Wow” the price was only $20. It was like traveling back in time like the Barbara shop your dad would take you to. I will definitely be back.

I asked the barber to keep the top length long but he decided to make it short and this is the second time… I prefer the son Michael more since he seems to be able to listen to what the customer wants and execute it very well… very upset especially since it will be a couple weeks before my hairs goes back to normal… I will no longer patronize this barber shop which I have been for over 10 years now.

Just moved to the neighborhood, saw this place and it’s awesome. Old school vibe, reasonable prices, good cuts, what else could you want? I dug the Frank Sinatra playing and the walls are decorated in a Rat Pack style. My new barber.

Steve is a great barber and conversationalist! Dawn and Steve’s son, Mike, also do a great job here as well. In thus weird times, you have to call to make an appointment. Nice atmosphere inside and a good location as well!

I love this place! Steve always makes me feel welcome in his shop. He has always listened to me when I tell him how I want my hair cut. And there is this awesome clean up service where he helps me look great between haircuts! I have tried the big chains and also visited salons and none of them have given me the kind of service that Steve offers. Try a straight razor shave with hot and cold towels WOW! If you live on Absecon Island, you will want to visit Steve’s Barber Shop. And congratulations on another great year of service to the community.
