Came in from out of town and made the monumental mistake of getting a haircut at Twist Salon in East Norwich. After the butchering I got there, I went to Steven’s Modern Barber Shop in Glen Head and Eli straight up saved the day. Not only did he fix the disaster I came in with, Eli ended up giving me probably the best cut I’ve ever gotten… Even better than my go-to place in Pittsburgh. I only come to Long Island a handful of times a year, but this is the only place I’ll ever let touch my hair in this area again.

These guys are the worst. I went in about a year ago and asked for a tape up, about 2 inches in length all around. The barber (his name I believe was David) then proceeds to buzz my entire head! I told the owner who said “he’s doing everything just fine” needless to say I left there with a bald head, if I wanted to be bald I would shave my own damn head! This is defiantly not a “modern” barber shop by any means. They have no idea about the updated styles men want their haircut now. Stay away at all costs and especially from David who is by FAR THE WORST BARBER I EVER HAD CUT MY HAIR.

One of the guys were in a jury and didn’t want to give me a proper skin fade.Then I had to switch chairs to get a hot shave without a hot towel, just hot shaving cream. Now the whole side of my cheek has bad Razor burn!Not my type of place rather go to hempstead!!!
