Pretty nice place. They were able to take me in as a walk-in and get my pedicure done. Bottled waters or sodas would have been nice. I will be back and update after trying out their other services.

Critical: Quality, ValueI went to this nail salon months ago with my daughter to get the deluxe pedicure, it was amazing. We both agreed it was the best we ever had. Even though our appointment was at 5PM and they closed at 6, they never made us feel rushed. Fast forward to today. I went in for a fill in and manicure, worst, mani ever! Rushed through the whole thing. Burned my skin with the tool she was using, because she was so rushed. Never pushed back my cuticles. She was done in less than 25 minutes. Then she charged me $45. The pictures speak for themselves. I did explain I was not happy. She could have cared less. I went to this nail salon months ago with my daughter to get the deluxe pedicure, it was amazing. We both agreed it was the best we ever had. Even though our appointment was at 5PM and they closed at 6, they never made us feel rushed. Fast forward to today. I went in for a fill in and manicure, worst, mani ever! Went in for SNS refill as my usual place was totally booked out and I needed them done for an event the next day. When I got there It was only me and one other lady, by time they started on my nails two more people had walked in and by time I left a total of 7 people walked in for all types of services (none which they denied and turned anyone away). It was only a few technicians in that day and they were trying to jungle between all 7 people which meant they kept pausing on my serviced to go between other people and come back. Every time someone came back to me it was VERY rushed. I thought they had skipped a step on the SNS process (I’ve been getting it every two weeks for years so I know it well) but I thought maybe I just missed it being on my phone. Welp, fast forward to a few days after my appointment, they look good so I wasn’t going to complain, but now- I have had 2 nails completely break in half (I have no fake nails, it’s my real nails) which regardless is super painful and now money wasted and I have to wait for these nails to grow back out 🙁 was not happy with the overall process or quality.

Had chrome nails done and the guy doing my nails put a matte top coat over them! Totally defeated the purpose of getting the chrome nails. Not only that, but they still charged me for the chrome up charge. Don’t come here for stiletto nails either, the shape won’t be right. Acrylic nails

I had a pedicure today with Katey and it was prob the best massage ive ever had during a pedicure. I did the best pedi they had , because i go for the hot stone and extra massage . Most of the encounters ive had have elsewhere have been a very mild massage and no technique. She was great and i will be back! Pedicure

Steven’s Nails have been the best place in Towne lake to go for all of nail care needs! With their ridiculously large selection of SNS, literally my only problem is deciding what color I want. I’ve had almost everyone there work on my nails at one point or another and each one has exceeded my expectations of service! When I get my toes done I’ve been crazy relaxed the entire time! I’ve even brought my 2 year old daughter in and they were incredible with her! I would definitely recommend this nail salon to all my friends! Even when I’m waiting I’m offered water or coke or sprite whatever they may have! I love it here.
