I just get a basic manicure, no polish with a buff and shine. Annie was pleasant and the shop was clean but my manicure was very rushed. It took ten minutes with none of the finishing snips and tweaks. My nails aren’t smooth or shiny from the buffing because it was so fast. No attention to detail. I’ve never had a faster manicure! I also asked for square round and was given round.

I was in search of a nail salon when I moved out here back in May, I found Sterling Nails on the next door app and was referred to Linda, I went to Linda about 3 visits and went to another woman named Kathy, for another 2 visits.

Unfortunately I went here for a pedicure with Linda, it was nice but, a few days later I noticed I had some type of fungus growing on the sides under my gel! I tried to resolve with a refund but they were very unwilling. Please protect your health by not going here. I have no idea they’re cleaning process but obviously not very well. Pedicure

I went to this salon twice. Both times Kathy waxed my eyebrows. One of my eyebrows is short and thin and the other one is long and thick. I am so disappointed.

After a $50 nail refill my gel polish came off, kathy did fix it but 3 days after she fixed my nails 3 days later they started to fall off again. I didn’t bother calling again. Gel nails should last longer then a week. 1st photo was 2 days after my visit, 2nd photo was one week after kathy “fixed” my nails.

Amazing staff. Clean salon. I love Annie, she makes an effort to learn your name, what you like and don’t like, I have been coming here for about a year now. I make the 1 hour+ drive down every two weeks just to come to this salon. There are salons in my town walking distance from my house but the customer service here is exceptional, everyone is kind and talented. Never been to salon cleaner than this one and I have been getting my nails done since I was 9 years old, so about 14 years of going to nail salons and this is definitely the best. I see previous reviews mention the high prices.. pricing is listed on the website and it is the same when you come into the salon they don’t try to “scam” you there, I personally don’t think the pricing is expensive I think it’s more than fair especially when it is accompanied by such amazing customer care and service. I also see the complaints of up-selling, every where you go the try to up-sell even when you go to McDonald’s however any time I have said no, they never went ahead did it anyway. If I could give Annie and everyone here more than five stars I would. The whole team is amazing, patient, and kind. I recommend this place to everyone. My favorite nail place ever!
