My 14 year olds father took our daughter to this salon for hair care services and evidently the just graduated beautician was perpetually asking “her mother” for directions regarding the appropriated color match which was twice as dark as my daughter’s original hair color & over treated causing major chemical damages to the quality of hair texture & breakage. Called the salon several times. No return call’s. Just a text message indicating that the person who was initially scheduled to color treat my daughter’s hair became unavailable. No offer whatsoever to remedy this very unfortunate initial experience.
