They did a fantastic job with keeping the facility clean and with reassurance that it was safe to be there. I was recommended April by a friend and she is simply amazing. She did my color exactly how I wanted after thoroughly explaining the process. She is very warming and makes you feel comfortable no matter how long your appointment is. A few months ago I had my first experience at Stephen and Company right when COVID guidelines came into place. They did a fantastic job with keeping the facility clean and with reassurance that it was safe to be there. I was recommended April by a friend and she is simply amazing. She did my color exactly how I wanted after thoroughly explaining the process. She is very warming and makes you feel comfortable no matter how long your appointment is. Critical: ValueThis place is INCREDIBLY over priced. Balayage is $155 and that includes NOTHING more than the highlights aspect. If you want them to blow dry your hair afterwards, you have to pay $35 ! So are we supposed to just walk out with our hair soaking wet? $155 doesn’t include a Blow-dry?! Unreal. After reviewing their prices online, I noticed that a mens haircut is almost $40…WHAT?! Everywhere else is HALF that price. This place is INCREDIBLY over priced. Balayage is $155 and that includes NOTHING more than the highlights aspect. If you want them to blow dry your hair afterwards, you have to pay $35 ! Critical: QualityCharged me $55 for the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten in my life. Called and asked if another stylist could fix it but they only gave me the option of letting the same inexperienced stylist fix it. Reached out to the owner via email and never received a reply.Service: Hairstyling
